A license is in use from the moment when a user logs into any Ascendance application to the moment when the user logs out of all Ascendance applications he or she opened (NOT when a user merely logs into their Senior-Anywhere site and views available applications).
When the user closes the application(s), ending the database connection, the license is released and available for others. Senior Systems only offers concurrent user licenses for Citrix.
